Recall that Mrs. Jane Dolapo Balogun, the mother of Wizkid, passed away in London on August 18, 2023, and was buried in Nigeria.Today is the first posthumous birthday of Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known by his stage as Wizkid, the well-known Afrobeats sensation.

On the X platform, the “Ojuelegba” crooner celebrated his mother’s postmortem birthday and shared how much he missed her.
He prayed that God would console everyone who had lost a mother, a sibling, or someone dear to them and was still going through daily hardship.
