In a touching Instagram post, Kamo State shared a heartfelt video of the award-winning actress and accompanied it with a lengthy message filled with admiration, appreciation, and love.

Referring to her as “an angel in human form” and his “dearest godmother,” he detailed the unwavering support Funke Akindele provided throughout his wife’s pregnancy and childbirth.

Kamo revealed that despite informing her late about the pregnancy, Akindele was ready to fly his wife to the United States for delivery. He recounted how she stood by him during critical moments at the hospital, calling daily to check on his wife, Esther, especially when he missed her calls.
“Even when I told you about the pregnancy late, you were ready to fly my wife to the US for the baby’s birth. You told your driver and security details to follow us to the hospital even if we call them in the midnight,” he wrote.

The content creator went on to highlight the actress’s selfless generosity, from hiring one of the best doctors in Lagos and settling all hospital bills, to consistently praying for his family and sponsoring the upcoming baby’s naming ceremony, including outfits and catering.
“IYAMI IYAMI, your generosity knows no bounds, and your love is a gift I cherish every single day. I owe you so much, and I’ll spend a lifetime trying to repay the kindness you’ve shown me,” he added.
