ASP Abdulmuhyi Bagel Garba, the younger brother to Bauchi State Commissioner of Power, Science and Technology, Hon. Maryam Garba Bagel, is mourning his fiancée, who died one month to their wedding.

LIB had reported that Hauwa Abdullahi Shehu, a 300 level student of the Bauchi State University, Gadau, died in a fatal motor accident on Sunday, January 2.

Abdul, who is an officer of the Nigerian Police Force, and Hauwa were set to wed in Azare, Bauchi state on Saturday, February 5th, 2022.

Taking to Instagram on Monday January 3, ASP Abdulmuhyi, described his late fiancée as the best soul.

“This was meant to be posted and celebrated against 5th February 2022 which mark as the date of our union of forever but instead, the will of Allah made it otherwise. Indeed you’ve been the best soul ever. May Allah reunite us in Jannatul firdausi. #Good night my love” he wrote.
