Some youths took to the streets of Oyo on Thursday, October 6, to protest and call for the scrapping of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

While some of the youths accused the anti-graft agency of carrying out illegal arrests, leveling false accusations against them, and also leaving out politicians who steal the country’s money, one of them explained why they commit internet fraud.

One of the aggrieved youths who spoke to some news channels claimed they worked for the money they are getting arrested for and are also “collecting back” their father’s money.

He further asked how the EFCC wants them to survive and also feed their families when there are no jobs in the country.
