The late musician Mohbad’s autopsy was performed by the best forensic pathologists in the nation, according to SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the public relations officer for the Lagos State Police.

The command’s spokesman said in a tweet on his verified X profile, formerly known as Twitter, that family members of the deceased young, promising musician were present for the autopsy.

Rumours that the PPRO was being manipulated by those without morals who didn’t want the singer to get justice were denied.

While the results of the autopsy are being awaited, he advised Nigerians to maintain their composure.

He wrote;

“As assured by the CP, the autopsy was promptly carried out by some of the best forensic pathologists in the country, in the presence of family members.

“While we await the result, we urge everyone to remain calm and confident in the process.

“There is absolutely no underhand dealing, as feared by some concerned persons. In the meantime, other aspects of the investigation are progressing well.”
