A married woman identified as Mary has called out Nollywood actress Irewole Olaniyan, accusing her of allegedly having a relationship with her husband for about three years.

Mary made the allegations in an Instagram post shared on October 3, 2026, claiming she had previously approached the actress privately to discuss the issue.
According to Mary, Irewole initially told her that she did not know the man was married and allegedly said he was not her type before claiming to have blocked him.

Mary, however, alleged that the relationship continued and claimed her husband had been supporting the actress’ movie productions, trips, expensive bags and lifestyle.

She also alleged that Irewole travelled with her husband to South Africa in September 2024, describing the actress as a “home wrecker” and accusing her of repeatedly contacting her husband from different numbers and asking him for money.

In a screenshot shared by Mary, a message attributed to Irewole stated that she had ended her relationship with the man a long time ago, while accusing Mary of trying to ruin her reputation. The actress reportedly added that Mary would “see my handwork.”
Mary also shared screenshots of her exchanges with the actress, in which she repeatedly accused her of interfering in her marriage.
