Please save his life – Mother whose son needs transplant begs Davido for assistance

A woman in distress has called on well-meaning Nigerians and superstar singer, Davido to save her son who is diagnosed with HBSS.

Oluchi Anijiofor took to her Facebook page to make the appeal as she noted that the boy experiences difficulty sleeping in addition to running a temperature and having excessive body pain.

HBSS is a severe form of sickle cell anemia which can only be treated through cell transplant, but according to the kid’s mother, the family cannot afford the cost.

Speaking with Legit, Mrs Anijiofor specifically appealed to Davido to intervene financially and save the life of her son who is also named David.

She said; “My son David requires a bone marrow transplant for him to be well again. Seeing that I and my husband are not financially capable of sponsoring the transplant, I have come seeking your help and especially the super star David Adeleke, for this medical procedure sponsorship.”

The woman wrote on her page; ”My apologies goes to everyone 🙏who might not be ok with this. Especially to my husband for doing this without your consent. I can’t watch you turn to a shadow of yourself because of this, neither will I sit and watch our son pass through all this pain everyday; our financial capacity can’t take care of his transplant honey, and instead watching him helplessly, I am doing this…”
