A police officer has left a motorist in shock after rejecting money which was offered to him at a checkpoint.
The man who was stopped at a police checkpoint folded some N500 naira notes and stretched his hand out of the car window to give an officer.

But the policeman rejected the money and told him not to worry that he is free to go. The driver commended the officer for doing his job dutifully.
