The online activist had earlier reacted to an interview Adura gave regarding Mohbad’s death, listing questions he would pose if given a chance to interview Adura himself. Verydarkman even encouraged his followers to help facilitate the interview, offering to cover Adura’s and his manager’s travel expenses to Abuja.

However, Adura fired back in a strongly worded response, accusing Verydarkman of exploiting Mohbad’s death for fame and influence. He asserted that he would not be enticed by money and revealed he had handed the issue over to controversial singer Portable.
