In a post shared online, Olunloyo dismissed speculations that a “sugar daddy” sponsored Hilda’s famous cook-a-thon in 2023, which earned her global recognition. According to her, the real financier was an individual named Dami, not an older lover as some rumors suggested.

Olunloyo alleged that Dami, who she claimed was instrumental in funding Hilda’s record-breaking bid, also had a history of financially straining several music artists, allegedly leaving some bankrupt.
