Judge warns DSS against blocking court premises ahead of Nnamdi Kanu’s trial

The Department of the State Services has been warned by Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court in Abuja, against taking over the security arrangement of the court on February 16 until 12 pm.

Justice Nyako stated that the DSS can only take control of the court security arrangement when the trial of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu resumes.

The high court Judge who disclosed that the trial of other cases are affected during Kanu’s arraignment, postponed the IPOB leader’s trial till 1pm on Wednesday, February 16 to ensure that other cases are accommodated.
