Many people have blamed Naira Marley, the boss of his previous label, for the singer’s demise.

An online video of Mohbad and his wife, with whom he had been in a relationship for more than ten years, appears as many people try to determine the precise reason for his death.

Mohbad accused his wife of planning to hurt him in the audio tape, warning her that she would be held responsible if anything happened to him.

He criticised her for pretending to be ill in order to access his WhatsApp account, which he thought she would do after his death.

The former Marlian artist recounted an event in which his wife insisted that he wear a piece of clothes he did not want to wear, which he regarded as an attempt on his life.
