Bobrisky’s imprisonment extended; new release date unveiled

Social media influencer and crossdresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has experienced a setback in his anticipated release from prison.

Initially, set for July 29, 2024, Bobrisky’s release has been delayed due to an alleged miscalculation.

It may be recalled that the crossdresser was sentenced to six months in prison on April 12, 2024.

Fans eagerly awaited his release, only to be met with disappointment as new information surfaced.

Content creator and social commentator Tosin Silverdam reported that a miscalculation led to a reassessment of the release date.

Silverdam revealed that Bobrisky’s team, who arrived to collect him from prison, were informed of the error and a new release date has been set for Monday, August 5, 2024.

The update has been met with frustration from his supporters, who had already begun their celebrations over the anticipated release.
