Popular Nigerian celebrities, Ekene Umenwa and Deacon Famous have sparked intrigue with their recent Instagram unfollowing.

Notably, Ekene Umenwa and Deacon Famous are close friends, and their sudden unfollowing on social media has ignited a heated discussion among fans.

According to entertainment gossip blogger Cutie Juls, the unfollowing stemmed from Ekene Umenwa’s birthday post to Deacon Famous’ ex-girlfriend, Ada Uli.

Furthermore, the gossip blogger alleged that Deacon Famous’ wife was displeased that  Ekene Umenwa maintained ties with her husband’s ex, further fueling Deacon Famous’ displeasure.

According to Cutie Juls, the issue escalated, ultimately leading to their Instagram unfollow.

The post reads, “Ekene Umenwa and her best friend, Deacon Famous unfollows each other on According to Chinese whispers, it all started when a couple of days to the wedding, Ekene posted Deacon’s ex-girlfriend, Ada Uli, to wish her happy birthday”.
