Some ladies have been forced to endure the most unpleasant flight back to their base after undergoing butt enlargement surgery.
A video which has gone viral on social media shows the ladies kneeling down on their seats and some kneeling on the floor as the plane was set to take off.

A passenger recorded the moment the women were taking different positions other than sitting down, to try and reduce the pressure on their backsides after they had done Brazilian Butt Lift.
They appeared really uncomfortable and all looked to be in pain on the flight.
