Content creator Lenzi has reacted to comedian Mazi Okeke’s emotional claim that he caught his fiancée cheating on him with his driver, alleging that he warned his colleague about the relationship years ago.

Speaking in a viral video, Lenzi claimed Mazi Okeke met the woman in 2021 during a video shoot and insisted on pursuing a relationship with her despite repeated warnings.

Reacting to the controversy, Lenzi said:

“Mazi Okeke or whatever it is. I’m trying to understand what you are expecting from a hookup girl, Mazi. I’m still trying to understand what you are expecting from a hookup girl.”

He said the two were once very close before their friendship allegedly deteriorated because of the relationship.

“See, everybody that knows me and Mazi know how we started, know how we came about the whole Mazi Okeke character and everything. But all of a sudden, we stopped being close like we used to be. It’s all because of this particular girl that he’s complaining about.”

According to Lenzi, Mazi met the woman while visiting him for a content shoot.

“Around 2021 or so, Mazi met this girl when he came to shoot for me. We had a shoot somewhere around, I think it should be around Thomas Estate. We were shooting and Mazi met this girl.”

Lenzi claimed he advised Mazi against the relationship, but the comedian insisted he could change her.

“And one day, Mazi came up to me and said, ‘This girl won’t be that kind of girl where you go and do that thing.’ But he refused. He said, ‘I will change this girl.’ He said I should not worry about her past. That anything that she has done in the past is now bygone. That he will change her.”

He further alleged that their friendship suffered because of the woman, claiming Mazi eventually stopped allowing him to visit his house.

“My brother, look at your condition now. Just look at your condition. Do you know it got to an extent that, because I used to go to Mazi’s house, I used to go and visit him. But all of a sudden, Mazi gave an order that I should stop coming to his house. He started giving me attitude. It was all because of this particular girl.”

Concluding his remarks, Lenzi said Mazi ignored his advice and is now facing the consequences.

“My brother, you never see anything. See, the wages of sin is everlasting pain. And your pain just started, bro. You never see anything Mazi. Because I warned you about this girl, but you refused and started to do what is in your mind. My brother, the wages of sin is everlasting pain. And your pain just started. I’m enjoying the show. To God, enjoy it. You never even see anything.”

Lenzi’s comments come shortly after Mazi Okeke alleged that he caught his fiancée with his driver, a revelation that has continued to generate widespread reactions across social media.
