Nigerian medical doctor and health influencer Aproko Doctor has reacted to reports surrounding the alleged cancer-related death of Nollywood actor Alex Ekubo.

In a video shared online, the doctor used the moment to educate Nigerians about cancer awareness and the importance of paying attention to warning signs in the body.

While speaking in the video, Aproko Doctor recalled the story of a young man he knew during his school days who later discovered he had stage 3 cancer.

According to him, the young man had already started experiencing serious symptoms before seeking medical attention.
The doctor also narrated how people mocked the patient after chemotherapy caused hair loss and changes in his appearance.

He explained that the young man became extremely thin while quietly battling severe pain and undergoing treatment.

Using the story as an example, Aproko Doctor highlighted four major signs of cancer that many people often ignore.
