“You are raising nonsense” — Woman reveals how she embarrasses neighbours’ children for refusing to greet

A woman has sparked discussion online after revealing how she deliberately embarrasses her neighbours’ children, aged between 10 and 15, because they allegedly refuse to greet adults.

According to the woman, virtually every flat in her neighbourhood has children, but she noticed that many of them would look directly at her and walk past without saying a word.

She said she initially greeted the children herself, hoping they would eventually learn to reciprocate without being prompted.

Woman changes approach to teach children manners

The woman said she later changed her approach by adding “ma” or “sir” to her greetings and slightly bowing whenever she encountered the children.

She recounted an incident involving one of the children, saying, “Yesterday, I greeted one by the gate, good afternoon sir and bended my head a bit, his mouth was opened, and he was confused, he couldn’t say anything, he just put his face down while walking to their flat.”

According to her, the encounter appeared to have made the boy uncomfortable, as he later ran back inside after seeing her approaching.

The woman criticised parents for what she described as poor upbringing, particularly the failure to teach children basic social etiquette.

Woman blames parents for children’s behaviour

She said, “You people are raising nonsense, your children dont greet, they dont know how to interact with other children, you put iPad in their hands. Keep raising zombies.”

She further expressed concern about the kind of adults such children could become if they were not taught basic manners while growing up.
