“It was a robbery, not clash” – Blessing CEO clears up viral allegation against IVD

Controversial relationship therapist, Blessing CEO has finally addressed a viral video that sparked rumors claiming businessman Ikechukwu Ogbonna, popularly known as IVD, assaulted her.

In an interview with Sunday Scoop, Blessing CEO clarified that the trending video was taken out of context.

She explained that the clip had nothing to do with domestic violence, explaining it was actually filmed during a robbery incident.

“People love to twist stories, If IVD slaps me, I’ll slap him back — we’ll fight. That video was about a robbery, not domestic violence, she said.” 

Blessing, however, revealed that a member of their domestic staff allegedly stole valuables from their house, and tensions rose when IVD confronted the suspect.

The heated exchange, she explained, was misinterpreted on social media as a fight between her and IVD. According to her, she deleted the video to allow authorities handle the situation discreetly.

Fans and followers have reacted positively to her clarification. One Instagram user wrote, “People too quick to judge! At least she’s clearing the air now.” Another said, “Blessing CEO always stands her ground. She no dey fear anybody.”

Despite the drama trending online, Blessing CEO remains firm: the video captured a robbery confrontation, not a lover’s quarrel, and she continues to stand by her love interest, IVD.
