Nigerian music legend, 2Baba Idibia has opened up about split from Annie Macaulay, highlighting her remarkable qualities.

Recall that 2Baba Idibia announced his divorce from Annie Macaulay in January 2024, with the circumstances under wraps.

In a recent podcast with Nedu Wazobia and co-hosts, 2Baba Idibia stated that they dedicated themselves fully to their marriage.

According to 2Baba, he prefers to keep details about their split private.

“I think both of us gave it out best. Why we are not together is  not something I’m going to start talking about here in the public”,He stated.

Furthermore, he described Annie Macaulay as an amazing woman, stating that their marriage had run its course.

 “Me and her, we get our understanding. She’s amazing. Like I said earlier, it wasn’t just working no more. That’s just it”,He noted.
