Nollywood actress Sarah Martins has reacted to comments made by skitmaker Ashmusy regarding egg freezing.
Ashmusy had earlier shared that she chose to freeze her eggs as a way to avoid rushing into marriage due to age pressure, describing the decision as a step toward securing her future as a mother.

Responding, Sarah Martins cautioned that while egg freezing may address fertility concerns, it does not protect individuals from infections such as HIV/AIDS and other health risks.

She urged that such discussions should include broader health awareness for women.

“Dear Ashmusy,
Thank you for educating women on egg freezing.
But, please remind them that freezing their eggs to prevent an unwanted pregnancy doesn’t prevent them from getting infected with HIV/AIDS and other diseases that come with careless bedmatics.
It is better to freeze your eggs than give birth to unplanned children.
But it doesn’t prevent you from getting infections, my queens. Still use protection.
