Mother of Angel Unigwe takes legal action against Kanayo O. Kanayo

The mother of actress Angel Unigwe has launched a lawsuit against renowned actor Kanayo O Kanayo, claiming breach of contract and slander.

On June 21, 2024, Kanayo criticized Angel Unigwe on social media, accusing her of failing to fulfill a production contract he had arranged.

He also alleged that Unigwe’s mother has a habit of breaking contracts by withdrawing her daughter off sets early.

Kanayo allegedly threatened to ruin any film projects featuring the young starlet Angel.

Kanayo criticized Angel Unigwe on social media on June 21, 2024, accusing her of failing to fulfill a production contract established.

Juliet Kings Unigwe, Angel’s mother, responded to the allegations in a press statement posted on the actress’s Instagram page, calling them false and malicious. She disclosed that legal actions are being taken to solve the issue.
