Nigerian influencer and media personality, Enioluwa Adeoluwa, has drawn attention to the continued enforcement of strict hair regulations for female students in public schools across the country.

Adeoluwa who spoke with some students recently revealed that the girls said their institutions do not allow them to plait their hair. Many are compelled to maintain short or low-cut hairstyles in compliance with school rules.
