He explained that a medical personnel was invited and she certified that he indeed had breasts.

‘’With this the admission, the board had to enter into a meeting to discuss on the best way to manage him. We arrived at the conclusion that we have to put him in a protective custody. He spent his time in B-ward room 2 of the facility and alone in that particular room. Why we did that is because we have to abide by the international best practices and according to our laws.”
