“Una dey call my papa gay” – Peller fumes over parents’ online activities, recalls white wedding drama

Popular content creator and streamer Peller has expressed frustration over his family members’ decision to share their lives and activities on social media.

In a TikTok live making rounds online, he complained about the way his family’s online presence has attracted comments and speculation from social media users, particularly concerning his father, following a viral video of him lying on a bed with another man.

“I don’t blame you people, it’s my family that I blame for putting themselves online. My daddy is on the bed doing video, na so dem dey call my daddy gay.

They talk say my daddy is a gay. Una dey call my daddy gay, so how did he give birth to me? Is it a man that gave birth to me?” he said.

 

Peller stressed that he had become frustrated because almost every member of his family now wants to create social media content. He noted that the situation has also affected important family occasions, including his white wedding.

According to him, he had asked his family to keep the wedding intimate, but his parents brought along people of their own choosing, turning the event into something different from what he had planned.

“Me and my family are really angry with them. That was how I was doing my white wedding. I told them, invite few people. My mummy carry her own boyfriend come, my daddy carry his own girlfriend come. All of them now turned my party to something else,” he added.

His comments have generated conversations online, with some social media users finding his complaints humorous, while others sympathised with his frustration over having his family’s private affairs exposed online.
