Brazil national team captain Thiago Silva has set a new record, after netting a classic goal in Chelsea football club’s remarkable 2-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur football club at Stamford Bridge.

The former Paris Saint Germain football club was given another starting role by coach Thomas Tuchel against their London rival, and he was able to outshine his mates on the pitch.

Thiago Silva started in the home team’s defence line alongside Malang Sarr, Antonio Rüdiger and Cesar Azpilicueta and they were all fantastic in the game.

Both teams efforts to break the deadlock in the first half of the game were not successful, as the first half ended goalless.

Hakim Ziyech opened scoring for the home team in the 47th minutes through an assist from Callum Hudson-Odoi, before Thiago Silva doubled the lead via a beautiful header in the 55th minutes after receiving an assist from Mason Mount to end the match 2-0.

Thiago Silva was fantastic for the Blues in the game, and he was able to mark his excellent performance with a fine goal.

With Thiago Silva’s goal against Tottenham Hotspur football club, it means he has set a new record for the Blues in the English Premier League.

The former Paris Saint Germain football club star will now be looking forward to continuing his impressive performance for the Blues when they play their next game.
