Suspect reportedly runs out of court to avoid being sent back to prison

A suspect whose case was on trial has reportedly attempted to escape custody by running out of the court room.

A South African lawyer, Naledi said her client who is the suspect tried fleeing from court but did not make it past the main door.

According to her, the man appeared in court for a hearing on a bail application she filed on his behalf.

Naledi wrote on Twitter; ”LMFAO! My client literally just ran out of court trying to escape custody

He didn’t make it passed the door but I admire his courage. Our court is on the second floor mind you

Wena! I’m so defeated because his matter is appearing for bail application, and one of the reasons you must prove is that you are NOT a flight risk, there goes my entire application!!!”
