While participating on the show, he also made a number of threats, including one to his friend Kiddwaya, which led to Kiddwaya’s mother promising to take him to court.

He was asked whether he had any comments for Nigerians who had been shocked by his language and actions on the show during a post-eviction interview with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.
Seyi started to feel guilty and tearful. He apologised while wiping away tears on his cheeks, stating that all he could say at the time is “I’m sorry.”
