For Nigerians and other foreign nationals seeking work in Qatar, the country’s Ministry of Interior has published the requirements businesses and individuals must meet before it can grant a group visa.

According to Qatar’s portal, the visa is open to three types of applicants: individuals, businesses, and government institutions or authorities.
However, the path to approval differs for each of them. Companies and establishments applying for the visa must provide approval from the Permanent Committee for Recruitment, which specifies both the nationality and the exact number of workers being brought in.

This is an absolute requirement, and no company can avoid it.
