“Nollywood actors, celebrities sprayed Peller fake dollars, not billionaires” – Daddy Freeze

Media personality Daddy Freeze has weighed in on Peller’s claim that some of the dollars sprayed on him during his traditional wedding were fake, alleging that celebrities and Nollywood actors, not billionaires, were responsible.

Reacting to the situation during a live session, hr argued that wealthy businessmen would not spray counterfeit foreign currency, claiming the fake dollars likely came from people trying to appear rich.

“Peller said he was sprayed fake dollars. It’s Nollywood actors and celebrities that’ll give Peller fake dollars, not billionaires like Cubana Chief Priest. That’s why I don’t roll with them. I cut them off because most of them are fake,” he said.

Daddy Freeze further stated that he prefers to associate with people of proven wealth, using music star Davido as an example.

He also defended businessman Mr Ochacho’s reported ₦400 million gift to Peller, describing it as an investment rather than mere generosity.

“I only dine with people on Davido’s level. Mr Ochacho gave Peller that ₦400 million gift because he knows Peller is worth it, and it’s an investment because he has already made that money back,” he added.

His comments have since sparked mixed reactions online, with many social media users debating his remarks about celebrities, billionaires, and the fake dollar controversy surrounding Peller’s traditional wedding.
