Social commentator Solomon Buchi has stirred heated debate online following his response to criticism surrounding the wedding of Nigerian actor Jide Kene Achufusi and his wife, Ifeoma, which recently took place in Italy.

Reacting to the online backlash, Solomon Buchi condemned the nature of the comments and criticized what he described as toxic behavior among some Nigerian women. He expressed strong disapproval of the trend, suggesting that such reactions reflect bitterness and unnecessary hostility toward other women’s relationships.

In his words, he stated: “Nigerian women are some of the most miserable women in the world. There is nothing that annoys and irritates a Nigerian woman more than seeing you marry a woman that is way out of her league. It pains them to their bones.”
