Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has found herself at the centre of a storm following a viral video showing a group of area boys staging a protest against her.
The protest is glaringly linked to her continued involvement in the ongoing investigation surrounding the death of late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.

In the video circulating online, more than six young men took to the streets wielding placards and chanting in anger. The protestors held up large portraits of Iyabo Ojo, Mohbad’s wife Wunmi, and the late singer himself. One placard bore the bold inscription: “E no go beta for Iyabo Ojo”, as the group openly cursed and accused her of meddling in the matter.

This public backlash comes shortly after prominent lawyer Emeka Ugwuonye, who is representing May Edochie in a separate high-profile case, revealed that some unnamed individuals were allegedly plotting against Iyabo. Ugwuonye offered her legal advice in light of these threats, advice many fans have urged the actress to take seriously.
