This development comes just days after Sam Larry’s tell-all interview with activist Verydarkman, where he denied assaulting Mohbad and insisted he was being unfairly vilified online.
In the leaked audio, Sam Larry is heard pleading with Zlatan to issue a public statement to help clear his name.

“Please, help me explain what really happened. They keep pushing this bullying narrative. It’s not true,” Sam Larry appealed.

Zlatan, however, was hesitant, stating that he had deliberately stayed out of the controversy for over two years due to family pressure and fear of online backlash.
“I am being careful; I will recommend giving a press statement. It’s been over two years since I refused to get involved in this saga. My mum and dad have warned me not to get involved; the last time I was dragged over what I said online, I was traumatised,” Zlatan responded.

The rapper also addressed the infamous 9-second viral video that fueled the bullying narrative, claiming it was deliberately edited to mislead the public.
“The media is very toxic; they cropped the video to push an agenda. This is why I don’t want to be involved… I know you are not like that, but I’ve been avoiding this matter to protect myself,” he stated.

Zlatan emphasized that he prioritises his family’s safety and intentionally keeps them off social media to avoid online toxicity.
