A South African man has become an internet hot topic after he revealed the kind of birthday party his wife surprised him with.

He recently clocked a new age and his wife decided to organise a party in an effeminate way which is what got people talking.

The man identified as Sandile Ben shared photos from the event which had him sitting in an uncomfortable manner while wearing a sash around him like is usually done by women at their own parties.

He then had a cake sitting right in front of him and a couple of friends later joined in the merriment.

Sharing photo, Sandile wrote;
