A Nigerian man identified on Twitter as @LogicalySpeakn has shared a story of how he got his heartbroken by his girlfriend, Kemi despite sacrificing a part of his future for her.

He revealed that in 2012, he wanted to join either Customs or DSS and the minimum requirement was a second-class lower, but he graduated with a 3rd class.

So the only way for him was to do a postgraduate programme, which his brother offered to sponsor him abroad for.

He, however turned down the offer because he wanted to be with his girlfriend in Nigeria. So he had to forego the school programme and government jobs.

Sadly for him, it was during his National Youth Service that his girl dumped. He knocked himself over the decision saying he was stupid.

In his words; ”2012 me, I graduated wit 3rdy. I needed 2.2 at least to get into customs or dss. I needed to do a pgd, elder bro was willing to sponsor but I wanted to be in 9ja to be with my Kemi instead. So I chose NYSC as the next stage. I got served hot breakfast during D NYSC. I was stupid.”
