A Nigerian writer has shared the story of a man who abandoned his wife for another woman but ended up regretting his actions.

He got a new wife who is younger, however tragedy struck along the line and he had an accident which left him bedridden.

The younger lady disappeared, leaving him to bear his burden alone, so his family was forced to beg his first wife to return.
