Man in shock as MacBook Pro he sent from London turns to doll upon arrival in Nigeria

A Twitter user has taken to the platform to lament bitterly after he sent a MacBook Pro from London to Nigeria, only for the receiver to find a doll in the package.

According to the man identified as Victor on the micro-blogging platform, he bought the laptop for over 700,000 Naira and paid an extra N55,000 to clear the package at Nigeria customs office.

However, when the package got to the receiver and opened, a doll was found in the box rather than a laptop.

Narrating the bizarre incident on Twitter, Victor wrote,

“I sent a MacBook Pro from London, UK to Nigeria and the receiver got a baby doll…. Nigeria custom billed me 55k for clearance. Whooping 55k to clear a doll? Nah! A laptop worth over 700k naira”.

In other news, a Nigerian man has taken to social media to recount how he got a small unsatisfactory meal at an expensive restaurant in Lagos.

The guy known as Folu Shaw, called out a popular fast food joint in the state over the bread, bens and plantain he was served.

While expressing deep regret, he revealed that the meal cost N3000. Folu also shared a photo of the 3k beans, bread and plantain as proof of how small it was.

He made this known when Twitter users were speaking on overpriced aesthetics in Lagos, which simply means that Lagosians often pay high amounts for less than adequate items which are not worth the money they parted with.
