Nigerian singer, Made Kuti has gotten a “Yes” after proposing to his girlfriend, Inedoye Adanne Onyenso.

The son of saxophonist Femi Kuti and grandson of late Afrobeat legend, Fela Kuti, excitedly shared the news on Instagram on Tuesday, November 1.

Sharing a photo of Inedoye rocking the engagement ring, Made noted that his fiancée makes sharing the pain in the world and fighting for a better world worth living for. He also expressed excitement about the future they’ll build together.

He wrote

“She said YES! @__inedoye. Newest Fiancé and Fiancée in town

“There’s a lot of pain in the world everyday. But sharing that pain and fighting for a better world with you makes it all worth living for. I can’t wait to see the future we build together. I love you”
