This was revealed in a video shared on TikTok by user @victorpatrick63, showing the food packages labeled with the name of the politician, who is vying for a seat in one of the local governments in the state.
In the clip, a surprised resident who received the package could be heard expressing his disbelief: “Just imagine what they’re using to bribe us to vote. God, this is garri o.”

He added: “To get our votes, they’re sharing garri. There’s even one groundnut inside. What’s this country turning into?”
