A young Nigerian lady has sparked massive reactions on social media after sharing a video about her recent experience with a man she met on Snapchat who tried to book her for a hookup.

In a viral TikTok clip, a woman named @sheisxoxo0 revealed that a man had approached her on the app, requesting a hookup. To convince her, he sent ₦50,000 for transport. But instead of showing up, she took the money straight to the market.
She proudly filmed herself shopping for chicken, turkey, and cooking ingredients, before heading home to prepare a rich pot of stew. While the man kept bombarding her with messages asking, “Where are you?”, she deliberately ignored him, saying she would only reply after finishing her meal.

The lady emphasized that not all women on Snapchat are there for hookup, using her story as an example. According to her, men should stop assuming every girl on the platform is available for such deals.

Her actions have since divided opinions online. While some hailed her for flipping the script and using the money wisely, others criticized her for collecting the man’s cash when she had no intention of showing up.
