According to the artist, being humble is often mistaken for weakness, while displaying ego tends to make fans and audiences find an artist more appealing.
He explained that people are more interested in seeing results than being told about them.

Asake stated that it is often a waste of time to show people how you go about doing things. If you do so, they won’t appreciate it. Rather you should simply allow them to see the results.

His words …
“As an artist, if you’re humble, they take you for granted. But if you have ego they feel like you’re not accessible then they like you more. People would rather see what you’re doing than showing them. They don’t really appreciate it. Do what you need to do and just go.”

@Igbeauxx said: “I keep saying this, humility is a trap. As you go, your ego and pride should grow with you else people will take you for granted. Humility is a trap by people just to maintain access to you when they shouldn’t. Don’t fall for it.”

Relate with people and give them boundaries. When it’s business it’s business. When it’s fun it’s fun. No go hug person when you suppose give handshake.”
