According to him, repeatedly reaching out to a partner during work hours to say “I miss you” or demand attention is not a sign of love but a red flag that should be taken seriously.

VeryDarkMan argued that genuine love allows room for personal growth, focus, and responsibility, rather than emotional pressure.

“As a man, if you’re in a relationship with a woman and you both have a connection, but while you’re at work or your business place she’s always texting you, ‘Baby, I miss you. I want to see you.

You’re always leaving me,’ that is not love. That’s her spirit working against you. Any partner that cannot wait for you to close from work or business in 2026, stay away from them.”

He further emphasized that love should not be possessive or disruptive, stressing that partners must respect each other’s space, time, and responsibilities.

The post has since divided social media users. While some agreed with VeryDarkMan, arguing that constant calls and messages can signal insecurity or emotional control, others felt his remarks were too harsh.

Many users, especially women, pushed back against his stance, insisting that missing a partner and wanting to be with them does not automatically mean manipulation or bad intentions.
