A Nigerian woman has stirred controversy on social media after defending comments she made about infidelity and marriage.

In a video, the woman questioned why many people reacted strongly to an earlier post in which she said she could not wait to get married so she could cheat on her husband.

She argued that, in her view, women can also be naturally inclined toward having multiple partners, insisting that such tendencies should not be viewed as exclusive to men.

According to her, she has always considered herself “polygamous in nature,” claiming that one romantic partner has never been enough for her, even from her earliest relationships.

“You people are very funny o. So I posted something and said that I cannot wait to marry so I can cheat on my husband and you people are crying. Why are you people crying in my comments section?

So you think it is only men that are polygamous in nature? Since when they born me I have been polygamous in nature. One man no dey do me. One person no dey do me, okay?
