In accordance with the report, their act was discovered on September 12, 2022, when Precious, the founder and daughter of the bishop of Living Word Anointed Gospel Mission in Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos, started vomiting. Her father, Ikechukwu Umeayo, took her to the hospital because he believed she had malaria or typhoid. The doctor asked for a medical exam, which later revealed that she had damage to her anus and private parts.

The sick child, who reportedly lost consciousness after her medical condition was exposed, later recovered consciousness and told her father that Mrs. Adeleke Blessing, a female member of his church, had taken them to Ogun State where their organs had been sold to a doctor. The teenagers further claimed that Mrs. Adeleke persuaded them to commit the unlawful act because the bishop, her father, was underpaying them and promised to drive them to a location where they would be handsomely paid with N100,000. The teenagers explained how the transplant was carried out, claiming that Mrs. Adeleke Blessing, also known as Mummy K, trafficked them to Redwood Hospital in Abeokuta, Ogun State, without their parents’ permission. There, they teamed up with Dr. Durodola and ended up giving them drug injections. They said that after being forced, they were then illegally transferred to a PDF hospital in Surulere, Lagos, where the doctor illegally took their ovaries, eggs, and organs while inflicting them with severe pain and bleeding.

The teenagers were transferred to a different hospital in Surulere, Lagos, following the shocking revelations. There, they underwent a medical laboratory test and scan that revealed the damage their 46 harvested ovaries had caused to their liver, uterus, urinary bladder, kidney, spleen, and gall bladder.
