“He did a lot of damage” – Actress, Empress Njamah recounts ordeal as she finally recovers her Instagram account from ex-fiancé

Veteran Nollywood actress, Empress Njamah has finally recovered her Instagram account from her estranged fiancé, George Wade.

The actress, who was recently embroiled in a messy dispute with her ex, took to Instagram to announce her return and recount her ordeal.

Recall that in December, Empress disclosed that she was being blackmailed by George, whom she described as a scammer disguised as a lover.

She accused him of taking over her social media account, taking control of her home, physically abusing her, and making intimate videos of her which he used to blackmail her.

Following the call out, nude videos of the actress surfaced on the internet but George claimed he didn’t leak them.

Fortunately, Empress has finally regained control of her Instagram account and issued an official statement detailing her ordeal on Wednesday, February 1.

She apologized to her friends and family who were duped into sending money to George while thinking she was the one chatting with them.

The 42-year-old movie star wrote,

“Happy new year everyone and happy new month ,am so happy to have gotten my personal instagram page back from the blackmailer( even though he did a lot of damage already)thanks to the amazing I.T and the crew ..
I WANT TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO THANK MY FAMILY,FRIENDS,WELL WISHERS FOR STANDING BY ME THROUGH THIS TRIAL PERILOUS TIME OF MY LIFE,GOD BLESS YOU ALL FOR THE GENUINE LOVE YOU ALL SHOWED ME,CAN NEVER TAKE IT FOR GRANTED…”
