The Nigerian forward produced all three of his goals after the break, turning an already comfortable victory into a rout and taking his league tally to six goals in just five appearances.

Orban doubled Amedspor’s advantage seven minutes into the second half when he rose to meet Furkan Soyalp’s cross and directed his header into the bottom corner.

The 23-year-old needed only two more minutes to find the net again.

A quick counter-attack created the opening, with Ermal Krasniqi picking out Orban, who calmly finished from close range to put Amedspor in strong control.

The striker completed his hat-trick with 15 minutes remaining, once again benefiting from Krasniqi’s delivery before firing the ball home.

The three goals took Orban’s league tally to six, alongside one assist, since joining Amedspor on loan during the summer transfer window.

Orban has now scored against Trabzonspor, Kasimpasa and Başakşehir during his impressive opening to the campaign, quickly establishing himself among the Super Lig’s leading forwards.

His six goals match Osimhen’s league tally, although the Galatasaray striker reached that figure in four appearances before being sidelined with a hamstring injury. Osimhen has also registered two assists.
