A video making rounds on social media captured the moment onlookers focused attention on a young girl who struggled to alter a word from her mouth.

According to reports, the woman got off from bike and immediately started acting oddly, drawing attention to herself.

The concerned passersby tried to reach her family using the contacts on her smartphone.

It was impossible to get her to say her name or where she was going because she was having trouble speaking.
