Media personality Daddy Freeze has responded to reality TV star Cross Okonkwo with a public challenge amid an ongoing debate about miracles, faith healing, and the role of religious leaders.

The exchange began after Cross defended Christian beliefs and urged Daddy Freeze to refrain from criticising religious figures.

“Daddy freeze with due respect sometimes keep your mouth shut 🤫. If you don’t know any thing about our father Jesus Christ. Don’t talk. And leave men and women of GOD out of your mouth,” Cross wrote.

In response, Daddy Freeze challenged proponents of divine healing to demonstrate the power they preach by healing at least one person from a group of individuals with severe physical disabilities.

According to Daddy Freeze, he is willing to commit ₦50 million and raise an additional ₦50 million, bringing the total to ₦100 million, if such a healing can be verified.

He argued that if miraculous healing is possible, it should be demonstrable under observable conditions.

The broadcaster also referenced ongoing national challenges, including insecurity and the suffering of citizens, questioning why supernatural intervention is not more evident in such situations.
