Ali Baba reportedly evicted from his mansion in Victoria Island

Popular Nigerian comedian, Ali Baba has reportedly been evicted from his multi-million naira mansion in Victoria Island.

According to a report from Legit NG, Ali Baba and his company XQZMOI TV were evicted from the mansion located at 324A Akin Ogunlewe Street by bailiffs of the Federal High Court following a writ of possession signed on August 15, 2025.

The report stated that the mansion was acquired by Ali Baba in 2021 by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) for ₦220 million.

During the course, AMCON claimed it was recovering debts allegedly owed by Harold Expansion Industries Nigeria Limited.

However, Harold Expansion disputed the debt and counterclaimed that they had already made repayments, with their lawyer, Benjamin Olayiwola Sadibo, insisting the property was wrongfully sold.

Despite the swirling reports, Ali Baba or his management team are yet to break silence.
