“After you don collect money chop” – Portable blasts Cubana Chief Priest over open letter to Tinubu amid Nnamdi Kanu case

Controversial singer, Portable has fired shots at nightlife mogul Cubana Chief Priest over his open letter to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, which addressed the life imprisonment of IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu.

According to the Zazu crooner, Cubana Chief Priest cannot claim more power than the government and has no moral right to speak after allegedly collecting money from Seyi Tinubu

Reacting in his comment section, Portable criticized the nightclub king for not confronting Tinubu directly during their one-on-one meeting.

In his words, he said:

“But you forgot to tell him when you snap picture. Who tell you say Tinubu go win? You no fit get power pass government. After God na Government. Odala Igbo man. You dey fight for your pocket, your brother dey prison. You no tell Seyi Tinubu say your brother dey prison after you don collect money chop.”

The remark comes after Cubana Chief Priest warned Tinubu that he could lose up to 10,000 votes from the South-East in 2027 if Kanu remains behind bars.

He also urged the President to appeal the judgment, adding, “get ready to check out of the Villa” in the next election.

With Portable openly calling out Cubana Chief Priest, the drama surrounding Nnamdi Kanu’s imprisonment and the 2027 elections has taken a fresh turn and social media is already buzzing.
